Thanks to her celebrated Eurovision Song Contest performance of “Hold Me Closer” Cornelia Jakobs was thrown into the limelight.

Thereafter she embarked on a nationwide tour that spread throughout Europe, acclaimed by fans and media alike. To date she has done over 60 concerts, including by:Larm in Oslo and headline shows in London and Berlin. And not to mention performances at some of Sweden’s biggest festivals and the prestigious award show Rockbjörnen where she got the award for both “Song of the Year” and "Breakthrough of the year".

On 28 September, we are pleased to present a live broadcast of the sold-out concert at Colours Hoxton, London.
